The Conference of Major Superannuation Funds (CMSF) was founded in 1990 by representatives of major corporate, public sector and industry superannuation funds to provide an educational forum through a national Conference that has a focus on trustees and the issues that concern them.

01 Challenge
CMSF needed an online resource that presented the organisations range of conferences and events in an informative, useful and engaging manner. Carnival Media Group were also set the task of completing a complex integration of the organisations CRM (iMIS) system. CMSF required that conference participants should be able to register and complete payment transactions online, with the information reflected in their CRM system.

02 Solution
Carnival Media Group will look to provide an online device that is not only fresh and engaging, but to effectively utilise the online medium to convey important information as well. Site user ship will rise due to the organisation being able to keep the site constantly updated of newsworthy information through a content management tool. CMSF is also able to facilitate conference registration, logistical requirements and payments through the web directly in the existing CRM.

03 Results
The result is a site that combines the branding and marketing direction of CMSF combined with the creative, technical and strategic talents of Carnival Media Group. Site-update processes have been streamlined, and the job of keeping the site fresh has been incorporated into the organisation’s procedures. The online device has generated favorable user comments in the market and has become a proactive business operational tool.
